OJAScare provides a platform to book diagnostics tests and home sample collection through partner labs and service teams.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide correct patient and address details during booking.
• Upload valid prescription where required.
• Ensure availability during selected collection slot.

3. Pricing and Payments

Test pricing shown at booking time is applicable unless changed due to prescription-based remapping or administrative validation. Payments can be processed through supported payment methods.

4. Booking Changes

Slot changes, rescheduling, and cancellations are subject to operational feasibility and applicable cancellation rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

OJAScare is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party partner dependencies, or incorrect information submitted by users.
