Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User
Users can request cancellation before sample collection starts. Once sample collection is completed, cancellation is not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Prepaid bookings cancelled before collection may be eligible for refund.
- If a prepaid booking cannot be fulfilled due to operational constraints, eligible amount will be refunded.
- No refund is applicable after successful sample collection unless legally required.
3. Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days depending on payment channels.
