Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Users can request cancellation before sample collection starts. Once sample collection is completed, cancellation is not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Prepaid bookings cancelled before collection may be eligible for refund.
  • If a prepaid booking cannot be fulfilled due to operational constraints, eligible amount will be refunded.
  • No refund is applicable after successful sample collection unless legally required.

3. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days depending on payment channels.
